Science Project Display

Thoreau Middle School Proudly Presents Our Science Project Display

For the second semester of the year, our 6th, 7th, and 8th graders have diligently worked through the semester to complete the process of putting a Science Fair project together. They have worked tirelessly to complete the experimentation process and other science research steps to complete their projects.

As a school, we are inviting you to come and check out our display of student effort.

On May 3, 2019, their projects will be on display between 9 am to 12:30 pm in the Thoreau Middle School Gymnasium. Thank you!

Thoreau Middle School will be hosting a "World Cultures Festival". This has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 28, 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The event will have food, games, and crafts.

Bus Routes

GMCS transportation department is working on the bus routes to improve the routes. The GMCS Transportation Department realizes that there have been some issues with students getting home in a timely manner. The GMCS Transportation Department is looking at all routes to make improvements in the transportation of students to and from school.
